Problem
Users need a way to learn new vocabulary and contextualize terms in a short period of time, because they have a small amount of time available to commit to study.

Hypothesis
I believe that creating an app that caters to a busy schedule by encouraging a short 10-30 minutes of practice per day, will empower users to learn vocabulary without feeling stressed for time.

PowerLift
Objective
Create an online platform where users can ​create exercise programs and meal plans while being coached by a personal trainer.
​
Problem
The user needs a way to track and manage their health goals, including meal planning and working out. They also want to understand themselves better and create lifelong healthy habits.
​
Hypothesis
I believe that people will stay motivated to keep their goals of staying healthy if they had a place to communicate with professional personal trainers who will coach and give them personal tips.
